Designing Performance-Driven Boards – Objective: This is a rapid restart training intended to help your board understand the essential components that comprise a high-performing board framework. Training includes a two-hour board training accompanied by a toolkit for action containing templates, resource lists, and self-study exercises to help your board apply high-performing board framework. Cost $800.
Real-Time Board Redesign Planning – Objective: This is a rapid and interactive whiteboard exercise intended to diagnose and strengthen your board composition, organizational structure, and operating agreements. Engagement includes the two-hour training followed by a four-hour hands-on board planning and redesign workshop. By the end of the session, your board will have a redesign roadmap and the tools needed to implement the plan. Cost $2,250.
RootCause Assessment and Planning – Objective: This service is designed to bring outside perspective and expertise to help your board move to the next level. This engagement includes a written board assessment to establish an outside understanding of the current operational effectiveness of the board. The assessment is incorporated into an expanded the three-hour training and followed by the four-hour hands-on board planning and redesign workshop. By the end of the session, your board will have a redesign roadmap and the tools needed to reset its operations, make decisions and implement the plan. Cost $3,000.
